Notice of Pickup Arrangement for WCEMNT 2025

Dear Participants,
Thank you for joining us at WCEMNT 2025 (November 18-22, 2025).
To support your attendance and facilitate your travel during WCEMNT 2025, the conference organizing committee will provide pick-up service as follows:
1. Railway Station Pick-up Service
(From the Xiamen North Railway Station to Xiamen Wutong Fliport Hotel)
Service Time: November 18, 2025.
There will be 4 shuttle buses, with departure times at 12:00, 14:00, 16:00 and 18:00 respectively.
Boarding Guide: After arriving at Xiamen North Railway Station, please exit through the South Square Exit. You will see the organizing committee's pick-up staff (holding a welcome sign marked "WCEMNT 2025") at the exit. The staff will guide you to the designated shuttle bus for boarding.
2. Airport Pick-up Service
(From the Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport Terminal T3/T4 to Xiamen Wutong Fliport Hotel)
Service Time: November 18, 2025.
There will be 4 shuttle buses, with departure times at 12:00, 14:00, 16:00 and 18:00 respectively.
Boarding Guide: After arriving at Terminal T3 or T4 of Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport, you will see the organizing committee's pick-up staff (holding a welcome sign marked "WCEMNT 2025") at the exit of the corresponding terminal. The staff will guide you to the designated shuttle bus for boarding.
3. Warm Reminders
Please plan your itinerary according to the above shuttle bus schedule as much as possible. Due to limited seats on the shuttle buses, the "first-come, first-served" principle will be adopted. If a shuttle bus is full, the staff will guide you to take the next one. In case of shuttle bus delays or changes caused by special circumstances such as traffic jams during the conference, please follow the on-site staff’s arrangement by then.
